The Record of Proceedings from the 40th General Council is now available online.

The deadline for presbyteries to return voting forms for Remit 3 has been extended to June 15, 2010.

Remit 3 was sent to presbyteries on December 2, 2009. Please visit the Downloads section to view it.

The 40th General Council asked United Church congregations to focus on “children in care” (i.e., children in foster care or involved with child protection agencies) as the theme for Children's Sunday 2009.

Remits 1 and 2 were sent to presbyteries on September 4, 2009.
